Gunnar's right, the cyclist does appear to be tailgating. On second look I realize the cyclist is relatively way too large- why not make the cyclist slightly smaller so it would fit midway between the truck and car?

I still find the bike to be tailgating the truck.
But if this either isn't a large enough concern or others don't see it this way then I will stay quiet. Another option would be to put the car in front, have bikemorgantown.comhttp://bikemorgantown.com over it, the bike a nice distance behind it, and then the truck.

As of today, the votes are 9 to 1 in favor of Aira's design. gunnar, Butch and Marilyn submitted comments. gunnar thought the bike was tailgating the truck and that the cyclist should be green and the truck blue. Butch liked the colors and thought it's better to have the bike as close to the truck as it is than to move it back and have to shrink the font of our web url so it would fit. Marilyn thought there were too many colors but didn't say what to change. Therefore, I'm suggesting we go with it as is. I want to ask Jeff Mikorski to order 500 of them in the same size as our last bumper stickers.
Now, Betsy suggested that we have a smaller size. What size should that be?

Bicycle Board Members,
Please reply 1 or 2.
1. is the bike superimposed on car graphic that won our vote for best graphic at our March meeting. Attached file, 1.gif shows the graphic. Ignore the words. While we voted for the graphic, the words we wanted were "I share the road with bicycles". 2. is the graphic showing a truck, bicycle and car in a line. See attached file, 2.pdf . If you vote for 1, we'll have to find someone to put it together with the words that we want.
It recently came to my attention that the bike superimposed on car graphic may have fallen through the cracks since our March meeting. I'll report the outcome after we get 8 votes.
Frank

Bicycle Board Members,
Thanks yet again to Aira for responding to member comments and producing the attached revision of the bumper sticker that she produced for the last BB meeting. (Let's not forget to thank Aira for our previous bumper sticker as well!)
Please reply with your concurrence with the attached or with comments for its improvement. If you promptly concur, we may be able to get this printed in time for the upcoming Appalachian Spring Spectacular April 30- May 1 and for the WVU Employee Fest May 9.
