Had a colleague report that they happened upon the scene of what appeared to be a wreck involving someone on a bicycle and a car at the curve between the WVU downtown library and the Grind. Reported that fire/police/EMS had responded. I looked up incidents on the news but came up dry -- does anyone here know the parties involved or the aftermath?
