[Bikeboard] Morgantown Bicycling Education Sponsorship

Dear Tim and Bill,

On behalf of the Morgantown Municipal Bicycle Board, I thank you and your staff for collaborating and cooperating to get the Bicycling Education inserts produced and inserted into MUB bills. As both bicycling and motoring continue to increase, the insert will provide guidance to both motorists and bicyclists on the rules of the road and hopefully make driving safer for everyone.
