Yesterday, Chip and I met with Tom Arnold, Morgantown Parking Authority Director. *He suggested* that we mount the rings (of the post-and-loop bike parking racks) on parking meters! He said, "Give me the rings and we'll mount 'em." He also said the parking authority would patrol and maintain the bike parking.

Now, we have to tell him which parking meters we want the rings to be on.

Please come to the Blue Moose at 8:30 am tomorrow. We'll review the details and then walk High Street and identify the meters that we want the rings to be on.

We need to get this done by next week, before the Parking Authority's next meeting in two weeks.

Now, should it be latté or cappuccino?
