Do you think I should e-mail the link, http://db.tt/2NaSlSZ4 to all the Councilors? That wasn't my plan because Terrence didn't want to do that. I was hoping each of the BB members would contact their Councilor and provide and discuss the plan. I did so with my Councilor, Bill Byrne.

I don't know if it's scheduled. Terrence told me it was scheduled for the 2/28 COW but the schedule is not published at http://www.morgantown.com/council-docs.htm for that meeting. I spoke with City Clerk Linda Little this morning and she told me that the agenda for next Tuesday won't be finalized until this Thursday afternoon. The reason I mention this is that I had understood that I was on the agenda for the 1/31 COW and only found out 1/26 when I requested the City Manager's Administrative Assistant to make copies of my presentation that I wasn't on the agenda.
