Hi Susan,
The Bicycle Board discussed the Allstate offering at the Bicycle Board's August 1 monthly meeting. We had one idea: to continue the bicycling education program but decided that we could not respond unless we had some idea of the order of magnitude of funds that Allstate is planning to provide, the time frame over which they plan to provide the funds and the deadline for a proposal for the funds. Is it possible to get that information?

Hello!
Shelva has called to catch up on how we're coming along with Bike Board planning. Has any action been taken yet? I'd like a short update, if I could, and also the email address of anyone in the Bike Board who can help. I haven't gotten a single response, except from Frank, when it comes to emailing the bike board list, so I am forgoing it until I can find a direct email contact.
Thanks! Susan

Hi Susan,
I hope all is well. I wanted to connect about our next steps for Morgantown. Would you be free to chat on Friday? Maybe around 1 pm?

Actually, we do not have a deadline set in stone, but we are very excited to move forward as soon as we can. So, we have no issues with moving along quickly. On our end, we'd like to know your thoughts on the following:
What type of materials do you need for the program (e.g. printing of booklets/pamphlets, brochures, etc.)
Is there an opportunity to publish a schedule of classes in The Dominion Post or other local media papers to get the word out? If possible, we'd like for the messaging to stay consistent with our overall Allstate Safe & Secure Communities - Morgantown Campaign. The message of "Allstate is bringing this to your local community to keep you safe" is what we would like to continue to promote.
What do you envision being the opportunities for branding?
What type of donation do you foresee to make this program live in your community and to receive the exposure to boost engagement? Overall, how much do you believe it would cost to run this program?

Hello Shelva!
Do you have a deadline or a timeline that we could provide to the Bike Board? They are very excited at the prospect of this partnership!
Susan
