Good point Chip...I'm ashamed to say as Ped Safety Board Chair that I am not sure if any money was budgeted for sidewalks. I'll look into it. Christiaan

I see zeroes in the sidewalk rows in the attached. Maybe they're covered somewhere other than capital escrow.
