This website lets you enter a home address and then calculates how "walkable" it is. Very interesting. I'm a 58!

Hi John, I got 63 in South Park. I like the way they do this. The site isn't completely accurate: Books, Books, Books is further than .42 miles. But it is a start.

Right across from Diamond, before you hit the hard turn where Eddie's Tire is on one side and the new Morgantown Binding and Printing is.
And it's a Sainted Park? That's nice.

Though as Greg has pointed out, and perhaps a little on the light side, there are lots of "questionable" places that they have listed. We here at the top of Town Hill get a 58.

Though I haven't a clue where that Papa John's Pizza is. How about that Cannon's Ace Hardware, in Keyser, Rice Rentals is a grocery store?, and the list goes on... Pretty slick once they get the databases squared away and all though. And don't just use "as the crow flies" to figure out some of the distances.
They do have the closest bar listed as Town Hill which is quite within spitting distance!
It's an UPHILL to get to my house. Though a DOWNHILL to get away.

Ah, Ha. Veeeeerry Interesting. I earned a 2, but they exaggerate. They list Books a Million as 3.8 miles away, where as it is closer to 8 miles.
But overall. It depicts our lack of walkability in Mon County!
