I've also attached photos of the signs. If you have any recommendations for making the letter better, I would appreciate them. I'd like to send the letter within the next few days.
I also attached a .doc version in case you can't open the .docx version. The only difference is that you might not see the BikeMorgantown logo if you open the .doc version.

You assume correctly. I have heard some refer to Fouad as Fred but I don't know how he feels about that so I revised the salutation to: Dear Fouad.

He introduces himself as both Fred and Fouad. I believe he uses Fred under the assumption that Fouad is difficult to pronounce. I think either would work but I prefer Fouad.
