Does anyone have access to this publication? Bicycle Parking Guidelines, 2nd Edition (2010)

It would be helpful to have for filling out the Bicycle Friendly Community application. Thanks, ~Derek
I put a version on OneDrive https://onedrive.live.com/?id=EE5EF320753B7A6D%2112079&cid=EE5EF320753B7...
I don't know the edition or year but probably older than that shown at the site you linked. I've seen the most recent version somewhere and I like the older one better because it rejects the wave racks while the most recent version I saw permits them.
