Bicycle Board Members,
Please find attached a suggested agenda for this Thursday's Bicycle Board meeting. Please let me know if you want to add, subtract or change anything.
Since the Traffic Commission is not meeting this month, I didn't have to write a monthly report to them but I wrote the attached report (20111006StatusForBB.doc) to remind you of what's going on and that we might want to discuss at Thursday's meeting.
Also, attached are the minutes of our last meeting. Thanks again to reliable Betsy!

Hello all, I realize this will further strain or perhaps eliminate any credibility I have left as a contributing board member, but I must again miss the next meeting. Some of you know we have a small retirement farm that is part of a Marcellus Shale well pool- we inherited an existing gas lease when we purchased the property although the owner was kind enough to include the mineral rights with the land purchase. Anyway, Enerplus is the company that plans to drill the well and they're holding the only informational meeting so far for land/lease holders in Kingwood on October 6. Much as I hate to miss yet another board meeting I really feel I must attend the gas well meeting if I want to have any clue what we're facing.
If you feel it's in the board's best interest I will of course resign- though I do plan on becoming a regular contributing member. Really!
