Bicycle Board Members (especially Jonathan, Nick, Don S.)

The following link, http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23869261/ says that global "street furniture" vendors are getting into the bike sharing business (what Jonathan calls a bike library) and that the costs are covered by advertising and rental charges. Does anybody know if a "street furniture" vendor is involved in Morgantown's streetscape projects? Perhaps the Bicycle Board can interest the City in a vendor that includes bike sharing in their product line.
