Bicycle Board Members,
Following up on an action item that I took from the April BB meeting, attached, please find a suggested revision to our procedural guidelines. I tried to clarify Section 2.1 Membership. Please reply if you agree with the revision then I will be able to recommend it to the TC for approval at their May meeting. Otherwise, we will have to finalize the revision at our May meeting (which occurs the day after the TC meeting) and then propose it to the TC in June.

Looks fine to me,
Unless we want to make the quorum limit lower, so that EVERY year for the April meeting all those that do anyway, can go to the Baniff (sp?) film thingie and not have to make the April meeting such a pain.
Or we could move the April meeting so it doesn't coincide w/ the Festival. It does seem to be rather important for some.
Just my splash in the mud puddle.
