Agree with Greg and Jim, "fearlessly" is redundant.

I've always liked the one-liners.

I think "All" is superfluous. The entire second sentence repeats much of the first, merely to detail "any reason". The third sentence dwells on glory-seeking (recognition), a new and unnecessary concept.

Also, I like "Morgantowners choose" rather than "can enjoy."

In essence, my vision is "Morgantown residents choose to ride bicycles anywhere, anytime, for any reason."

But hey.

Momentum Magazine at http://www.momentumplanet.ca has this one-liner:

"We are a people using our own power for a cooler planet."

I like the multiple inferences you can make into this cool statement, and it fits well into our present times and our future. I think it would make an interesting closing sentence in our vision statement.
