Another month,
Another meeting! Next Thursday, Jan. 3rd.
Who's planning on coming? Who's definitely not going to be there? Who wants something added to the agenda?
There.
If we want the City to spend any money on bicycling next year, we'll have to give them a budget request by the end of January. Perhaps that should be on the agenda.
Do we have minutes from the December meeting? They might be handy for making an agenda for the January meeting. I apologize if they've been sent and I can't find them.
As I recall, Jing and I were supposed to make a presentation on the LRTP and the Vision 2000 proposed bike paths. If that's going to be on the agenda, I suggest BB members review the LRTP and " Evaluation of Bicycle Routes from Vision 2000 (draft)" at http://www.plantogether.org/Public%20Notices/PublicReview.html before the meeting. I think there was also discussion about prioritizing the Vision 2000 proposed bike paths. (I'm also attaching to this message my comments on the Vision 2000 proposed bicycle paths.)
Another item you might want to put on the agenda is the WVDOH proposed Mon Blvd. turn lane discussed in the recent string of messages, subject: Proposed DOH Work on Mon Boulevard. The BB might want to provide the MPO input that could result in this $1.7M project actually benefitting bicycling in some way.

The meeting is on for tomorrow folks.
Agenda will be sent out post haste, but a biggie now is that Traci will be out of town so we need someone to be the secretary. Let me know if you can!
