The meeting with the Walgreen's developer is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 12:00 PM in the Engineering Conference Room at City Hall. We are awaiting confirmation from the developer. I will email the group to confirm the final date and time as soon as we hear back from the developer.

The meeting is at 12:30, June 12 with only 15-20 minutes to make our case. I plan to be there, and I hope others can attend despite the short time allotted to us.

Good morning. I have confirmed with Bob Abramovich, Walgreens developer, our meeting for Tuesday, June 12, 2012 12:30 PM in the Engineering Conference Room at City Hall.
Damien Davis and I have a meeting at the Airport at 1:30 PM and we have other development matters to discuss with the Mr. Abramovich. Please plan to start our meeting promptly at 12:30 PM allowing for a fifteen to twenty minute discussion of the adjacent rail-trail crossing so that Staff can meet with Mr. Abramovich on other development matters. My apologies for having to limit our time devoted to the rail-trail. We are trying to coordinate a number of schedules but I am confident we can efficiently and effectively discuss the proposed improvements around the rail-trail crossing.
