Bicycle Board Members,
This morning, I had a 1.5 hour meeting with Terry Hough, City Engineer and Damien Davis, Assistant Engineer. The desired outcome of the meeting was to establish City Engineer's office support for the Bicycle Board vision and goals and to develop a unified City response to the WVDOH on matters such as the Mon Blvd. Bike Lane and Share the Road signs.
The meeting was very productive but I don't think I can appropriately represent the outcome in a written report. Therefore, I would like to discuss it with you next Thursday, 1/21 at 6 pm in the PSC Conference Room. This meeting should take less than 1 hour. It's desired outcome is Bicycle Board consensus on how to proceed with Engineering initiatives.
I realize this is short notice and that you might not be able to fit it in your schedule so I would ask that you at least reply to let me know whether you plan to attend or not.

Unless I have to work out of town I will plan on being there.
