Marion; Rt. 119/Cheat Rd.; Mileground Rd.; WV 7 between South Walnut St. and Deckers Creek Blvd. and Rt. 7 from Sabraton southeast; Westover Bridge and Rt. 19 south to Dents Run Blvd.; South University Av. between Foundry St. and WV 73; Arboretum Service Rd..
