Frank, I had contacted Ella Belling as I promised to find out if she had info on trail striping and signage standards. I don't think she really read the message all the way through, because she said the city would take care of it and forwarded my email to Ralph LaRue. I didn't get a response. While talking to Chip at Wamsley's today he said that she mentioned to him that she has the information, what there is of it, but it isn't entirely consistent.

Tonite I remembered that a friend of mine in Minneapolis helped develope the trails and signage there. I've emailed him to find out what they used for signage and striping. Minneapolis has had trails like ours since I went to school there in the late 70's and his knowledge should be helpful.

I'll let you know if I hear back from him. Nick
