Bicycle Board Members,

At the last Bicycle Board Meeting, I took an action item to create slides that describe the Bicycle Board for this month's MPO conference. Such slides are now 30-41 of the presentation. The deadline for submitting the presentation was Monday 10/11 so I didn't have time to run it by you however, I will try to make any changes that you give me.
