Good afternoon, While updating the address information on our Positive Spin brochure regarding bike laws I checked both the old and new Bike Board references to bike laws. It appears the old site correctly references Article 373 of the municipal code, but the new site refers to Article 371 - I believe Article 373 is the correct reference. The other one is good, but it just doesn't have as much to say about bicycles. It appears to talk exclusively about pedestrians. Wasn't sure who to send this comment to, hope it helps. Nick

Right you are. We put up the wrong article. It should be 373. We will make the correction. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for using bikemorgantown.com.
