Nick, this is just a new version of the benefit/advertising cards that ultimately benefit the company who sets up the program--usually someone who owns a printing business and wants to keep revenue coming in.

Good morning, I just came across this website while reading the bikehugger blog http://www.bicyclebenefits.org/
It's a nationwide program to help cities provide cycling incentives to citizens through discounts at local businesses. I didn't read all the details but I thought it might work here in Morgantown. Plenty of other cities around the country are already signed up.
