I like the general layout. These days typography tends to use a bolder type font rather than all caps as a way to emphasize.
I suppose you mean CONFIDENT CITY CYCLING should be confident city cycling?
I would try left justifying the third line.
The third line is, "Visit: BikeMorgantown.com" and is already left justified. Do you mean the SECOND line, "Learn to Ride without Fear"? That is currently centered.
See attached rev 1. Please select you favorite.
Can we do the logo in color?
Attached is a file that Emily Frye, the designer left me. See any colors that you like? (I think we've been through this before when you were setting up the articles for the DP.) Since I don't have Adobe Illustrator, I will have to rely on somebody else to either get one of these images from the file or create a new one.

Bicycle Board Members,
At the last BB meeting, I took an action item to develop a Confident City Cycling business card that could be distributed through the local bike shops and other locations. Attached is my attempt. I am not a graphic designer so any constructive comments are appreciated. Also, I'd like to put the LAB logo on there if any of you could show me how to get it.
