I have moved the bicycle storage ordinances and summary to http://db.tt/CyEygNX to make it accessible to those who said they couldn't get it in the public folder. Please let me know if you have trouble with http://db.tt/CyEygNX .

If you know of a city similar to Morgantown that has a bicycle storage ordinance or guidelines or if you'd just like to try to find some, please add to the folder at http://db.tt/CyEygNX and update the Summary document. I will schedule us to meet with the Planning Commission in October. So far, we don't have a sufficient case to submit to them.
