Frank,
Exemplary job as usual. I don't remember who our contact was at the city, but just the other day I had some commuters asking about cleaning the climbing shoulder of Beechurst, that it was getting nasty again.

Bicycle Board Members,
Please review and comment on the attached report to the Traffic Commission ASAP. (I think this is due to the TC today.)
The next Traffic Commission meeting is next Wednesday and I plan to present the attached report. The Traffic Commission secretary sends out one week in advance, a package of read-aheads to the TC members and the attached should be in it.
Frank
Looks good to me though I wonder if on page 2 item 9 it should be follow-up rather than follow-on. Also thought I should mention that if the next two meetings are scheduled for July 7 and August 4 I will not be able to attend due to prior commitments. Butch,
Thanks for reading the report to the TC. The attached revision has item 9 on page 2 changed from follow-on to follow-up.
Please be advised that the BB meetings as much as possible are always on the first Thursday of the month.

Chip,
That would be the City Public Works Dept. I understand they have a regular schedule by which they hose off the shoulder. I think it's monthly.
