Bike Board Members,

The Bicycle Friendly Community Award committee (Frank, Greg, Nick and Don Spencer) is about half-way done with completing the application. At our meeting tomorrow, I will discuss our approach, what we've accomplished and what remains to be done. Attached are three files: 1) application part 1 that Positive Spin completed, 2) application part II completed as far as we have it, 3) a table that shows people that we are going to ask for more information. Since the application is incomplete, you don't have to read it. I send it mainly to show you what we've done and to get your feedback, corrections or additions if you do happen to read it. If you at least open application part II and skim through it, you'll at least have some idea what it's about when I report on it.
