Bicycle Board Members,
Looks like we'll have a booth at Mountaineer week. Who wants to follow up with Mary Ann and make it happen? (My action item for our last meeting was to contact Hugh about getting a booth.)

I just talked to Sonja and that will be fine. She just needs to know how you want it worded on the schedule. The dates are Oct. 31- Nov. 4th.

Can you please check on how the Bike Board can get a booth for Mountaineer Week? We can register it under the Department of Transportation and Parking if they need a University organization to sponsor it.
