Thanks to Danielle for sending us the link to the presentations made at the WV MPO conference.

You might find the Complete Streets and Statewide Bicycle Study - WVDOT interesting. The Complete Streets one seems a little bike lane heavy to me. Wes Stafford's Statewide Bicycle Study presentation looks encouraging as long as competent cyclists are in the drivers seat or at least not in the back of the bus.
