Good afternoon, I talked to Bobby about noon today and he's nearing completion of the video editing - he's through scene 4 of 6 and expects to be done by 5pm today. I told him that seems to be the consensus of the Bike Board that the State will probably allow us to turn it in on the 6th, and he said that although he flies to Orlando, FL tomorrow his workdays will typically be over by 3pm so he'll have more time to work on it this weekend. We agreed that it would be best if he have a complete edit done by 5pm today, and we put it up for the Board to comment on via YouTube or similar format (I'll provide the link at that time). I'll email him any comments I receive for him to make revisions. Sorry for another delay, but it seemed that everyone would be served best if we use the available time to make this the best possible final product. Thanks for your patience. I am, of course, taking it somewhat on faith that turning the video in on Tuesday won't disqualify us from payment.
