Bicycle Board Members,
I met with Jeff Mikorski last Friday and we discussed in-kind contributions to the Morgantown Effective Bicycling Education Program (MEBEP). We agreed that a tally of such contributions would be valuable information for the WVDOT. We agreed that the following information would be useful: Your name Your profession (relevant to the MEBEP) The hours that you worked that were not compensated The work you did during those hours.
I've attached an example spreadsheet and would like you to use it as a template for submitting your in-kind contributions.
Please submit it by Thursday, October 28.

I have received responses from Jim Rye and Don Spencer to the request below for your in-kind contributions to the education program. Responses were due by Oct. 28. If you haven't responded and have in-kind contributions, I will accept them today.
