Good afternoon, Rob Stenger just forwarded me this link about a bicycle assist for getting up hills. I can think of a few places in Morgantown where this could be useful. I'd come up with a similar idea about 10 years ago but never acted on it. This one is much more simple and elegent than what I had in mind. It would be even cooler if bikes coming down the hill could help power it too - saving brake wear and energy.
