I a reply to Jake Brown, I stated that the speed limit on Monongahela Blvd. is 40 mph. I was mistaken. The speed limit is 45 mph. I apologize for misleading you! This stuff is so complex already, we don't need to make it worse with incorrect data. Sorry!
