We will meet 12:00 pm and ride to Woodburn Circle, escorted by a cruiser, and the many local environmentally-focused organizations that will be set up with information tables to learn more about who they are, what they do, and how you can be involved. We will depart from the Green at 12:30 and riding along Beechurst Ave. Be sure to wear appropriate safety gear, such as, helmets, pads, high visibility clothing, water, etc. and make sure to check that your brakes work well. Once we reach Woodburn, participants are welcome to continue to the Student Society of Landscape Architecture's Parking Day event where they will be displaying their parking lot sized design to show the potential held within a space the size of a car. Bring your preferred mode of non-fossil fuel powered mode of transportation and and friend to promote global climate action. actionnetwork.org
