Bicycle Board Members,
I usually send you a draft agenda the week before our regular monthly meeting but this month, I'd like to try something different. I've been thinking that the draft agenda is essentially a "box" and my transmission of it asks you to respond to what's in the box. Recently, I have observed declining member responses to communications and declining participation in board activities.
So, today, no box. Please reply-to-all and say what you would like the board to accomplish at next Thursday's meeting. Feel free to include any other information that might help the board to succeed in accomplishing your objective, e.g. how much time you'll need, members and resources you'll need, your approach, etc..
Hopefully, this approach will give you an opportunity to "think outside the box" and increase BB member participation.
The meeting will still start at 6:30 PM in the PSC Conference Room and I'd like to reserve about 10 minutes at the end for us to evaluate this approach.

Semi-regretfully, I have to request that you find a replacement for myself as I have accepted a job in Olean, NY effective May 1. I'll still be available for some technical internet type works, but can't officially represent "Greater Morgantown" unless the radius is increased by 290miles.
The Unicycle Committee has come to a resolution on the issue of restricting unicycles downtown. It would probably help to run that by the BB briefly.
App Spring Spectacular is this weekend, kind of late to do anything about it, but it is a public cycling activity to get people out in a supported event.
Brag a bit about teaching 16 more people in TS101 in the WVU PE class in addition to the 13? others last month.
WVU has yet to rotate the inline grates along Evansdale drive. I noticed most are wrong after watching a student of the WVU class ride over one. There are at least 3 around the Engineering area, and I think another in front of Bennett Tower.
