The attached zip folder contains an update of the agenda for tomorrow's 3-Jan meeting. As you can see from the agenda, we have more items than we can cover in the time that we have. Please show up on time, 6:30.

The attached zip folder also contains the other read-aheads for the meeting: the minutes of the last meeting and a draft of the education grant application that must be cleared through the City and submitted to the State by 15-Jan.
