Bike Board Members,
At our meeting Thursday, in the meeting evaluation section of our agenda, a recommendation was made to use Robert's Rules of Order in running our meetings. Following is a link to Robert's Rules of Order: http://www.rulesonline.com/ . Please review these and how I currently manage our meetings and let me know what specific changes you would like me to make and why. If someone on the Bike Board is an expert in Robert's Rules, I also ask you to please step forward because I will need help as I am not an expert on them. One thing I would like to preserve is making decisions by consensus rather than voting because consensus engenders more support for decisions than voting.
Frank
I am fine with how you currently conduct the meetings.
