I'm including the Morgantown Bike Board.
Best way to find out what the board has and is doing is to simply ask them. Have at it folks!

Good Morning Gunnar,
My name is Kelli LaNeve and I am a Mobility Coordinator with Mountain Line Transit. I received your contact information from Bill Austin with the Morgantown Monongalia MPO. I am wanting to talk with you about biking in our community and your ideas about how to further the process of getting people out of the personal autos and onto bikes. In a couple of weeks, I will be attending a meeting to discuss possible funding for mobility options in our area. Obviously funding is never a guarantee but I would like to be as informed as I can with what other the Bike Board is doing to encourage bike use. Basically, I would like to get up to speed with how and what the Board is doing to promote bike use.
I have done some research on different bike share programs such as Alta and Capitol Bikeshare and how to implement a bikeshare program. I have also researched bike trains and some of the barriers on biking. I was wondering if we could meet to discuss some of your ideas as well.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Kelli LaNeve
