Here is a Nov 3 interview with co-President Judy Ball about the LWVWV's amicus brief supporting the Board of Education's challenge to HB 2755. Passed in 2025, HB 2755 represents the Legislature trying to take over educational policy, despite the people's vote against a similar constitutional amendment in 2022.
