New shop openings for volunteers

Good news! We have added 2 Tuesdays per month to our shop opening schedule on the 2nd and 4th week of each month. Please note that currently these Tuesdays are dedicated openings for volunteers only and are not for customers; a no-sales/no-trades-ins/no-repairs policy will be strictly enforced. However, donations will be received during this time. Thank-you to all the volunteers who made Friday's (August 23rd) Kids Triathlon safety check a success! In total 9 volunteers came out. Tally: noon session - Ryan, Andrew, Dan and Jonathan (4); afternoon session - Ryan, Andrew, Dan, Jonathan Jen, Will, Colin, Mark and Ethan (9). People Yesterday afternoon Earl Schiffbauer stopped by Spin to inquire about continuing the collaboration between MTEC and Spin. Earl uses bicycle repair as a method to teach mechanical skills to his students. In the past we have provided bicycles and parts and they have then donated the repaired bicycles to us. I will pay for them because I want to advertize $12 skate board helmets for sale at the skate park as a way of getting people to come over for a visit.
