Hello Board,
Sorry for all the emails. Please fill out your availability http://doodle.com/poll/k8if4ncc3b5u832p for a meeting next week, there's only three options, all 6:30-8:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Frank has informed me that he never once received a quorum when rescheduling a meeting on a different day than the first Thursday in his entire tenure as chair. Sounds like a challenge to me! Let's beat the trend.
Based on our conference call, I have updated the agenda as attached.
