Attached is the report that I propose to present to the Traffic Commission at it's May 2 meeting. Please respond with your concurrence or recommended changes by Tuesday, April 24. The TC didn't meet last month so the attached report contains much of the same info as the report that I proposed to present last month with some items updated.
