Attached is a scan of the Mayor's proclamation at tonight's City Council meeting of May as Bike Month. Also attached is the acceptance presentation that I gave.

I am grateful to all of you that helped me perfect it, especially Don who suggested that I shorten it by 25%. Mayor Byrne was visibly impatient with my reading it even at its final 1.5 page length.

Terrence Moore is vocally in support of making Morgantown a Bicycle Friendly Community. I'm wondering if the Mayor is.

What would be the best location to post the original signed copy of the proclamation? What about copies of it?

BTW, Council Chambers were packed to capacity tonight and the applause from the public gallery after I finished accepting the proclamation was resounding.
