Thanks to Hugh, gunnar, Marilyn, Jim, Chip and Don for attending the special meeting last night to address the WVDOT's position on the Mon Blvd. climbing bike lane. Attached is a draft response to their position. Please feel free to use Track Changes and comments to mark it up and return it to me. I'm going to also share it with Damien Davis since he is also working on developing the justification for our responses. I need your help in making it stronger and easier to read.
Tomorrow's supposed to be sunny and 49F so I'll understand if I don't receive your reply until Sunday;)

Looks good so far, sure is a wordy thing.
In the Recommendation section, second paragraph- prevent straight though cyclists should read- prevent straight through cyclists
I'll keep trying to get through it...
