I just spoke with Debbie Pickford at Allstate. She authorized using $1,000 of the $8,200 that Allstate already gave the City and will contribute an additional $1,000 to fully fund production of the insert. She also provided Allstate's logo to be put in the sponsor space on the insert.
Can we get it printed and inserted into the MUB bills as we originally planned April - May?
Debbie would like a finished copy of the insert. When can we get it to her?

Attached is a quote from Morgantown Printing and Binding at $1,420 for printing 25,000 copies. The attached email message from Bill Kawecki to Jing identified an additional 2 cents/copy to insert them in the MUB bills so that would add $500 for a total of $1,420 + $500 = $1,920.
I defer to Bill Kawecki and Jing to get you a final quote. When BB members discussed this via email as well as in a BB meeting, Emily and Chip as well as Bill, Jing, Matt McCabe and others had ideas for reducing the cost. Two I remember were thinner stock and a smaller number of copies.

That’s really a good news. As previously discussed, the estimated cost is approximately $2,000, including $1, 420 of printing cost and $500 of insert cost.
Attached is the most recent version for the insert with All State log on it. The attachment is a small file, which is for review only; the original file is about 70 MB, and cannot be attached to emails.

We are assessing the degree of logistical compatibility vs conflict between yours and ours, and will respond asap.
Assuming they are logistically compatible (that we can fit them both in the same mailing), would you want to proceed that way?

I was involved in the conversations between the City of Morgantown and Shelva Clemons that resulted in Allstate granting the City $8,200 for bicycling education. That work is proceeding with instructor candidates identified, certifications being arranged and class deliveries being planned. Thank you for making this possible!
The purpose of this message is to invite Allstate to sponsor the production of a bicycling education card that will be inserted into water bills that will be sent to approximately 25,000 residents of the greater Morgantown area over a 2-week period this spring.
The card will be 3 5/8 by 8 ½ inch in full color printed on two sides. The art for each side of the card is shown in the file attached to this message. You will notice a space labeled "Sponsored by" in the lower left corner of page 2. We envision the Allstate logo there. The estimated cost of production is $2,000. If you like, we could also include displaying the content in other media such as electronic billboards, TV ads, etc. at additional cost.
