Okay folks,
Everyone enjoying the #snowquester? Well do try...
Meeting is still on.
So far for agenda items I have- Saris Rack Lead by Jonathan, Derek or Emily Kid's Day Lead by Emily Bike to Work Day May 17th Lead by Traci Local Cycling Events discussion? Lead by Andrew
Not looking for resolution on any of those items, more some folks will decide to get together, work on them and report back on the outstanding progress they've made.
Anything else, besides the reports from the major projects?
Attached please find the January minutes revised again. Please review them so we can accept them or make changes as necessary.
Thanks heaps.
I'll be there as well, but will maybe have to leave a little early around 8 if the meeting is still going on then.
Andrew

I have one more to add.
At last nights Positive Spin Transition Team meeting #5, we discussed a suggestion from Nick Hein about setting up a valet service at WVU's Festival of Ideas showing of SWITCH http://festivalofideas.wvu.edu/archive/scott-tinker at the Met Theatre on March 19th. One of the core volunteers, Kenny Rice offered to construct a contraption to store bicycles (they could be locked up), and Mark Wise of BOPARC offered to provide tags. The BB would be useful in these areas: 1). Getting clearance from the City to use the sidewalk space in front of the Met for parking, and 2) providing volunteer valets.
Any other ideas appreciated at the meeting!
-Jonathan p.s. I will be discussing how the BB's Education program can/should/will fit into BOPARC/PS educational programing.

Okay Jonathan.
I'm gonna say that you have a lot to say about the Positive Spin project in general. And I think you could probably chew up a lot of meeting time with that. I think we can spare a fair bit of time but probably not enough for the whole kit and kaboodle, so why don't we try this? Can you via this email list give an overview of what has transpired with Positive Spin in the last few months, i.e. the transition and what is going on now and *if* possible how the BB's Education program can/should/will fit into BOPARC/PS educational programing. Then at the meeting you can answer any additional questions (if they can't be answered via email) and then go over the valet idea and how the BB can help w/ that.
Does that sound reasonable?
