Welcome to winter! (??) I received a number of comments regarding December's minutes and I wanted to thank all of you who reviewed them and sent suggestions for expansion or clarification. Please see the updated verbiage for December minutes, filled with all kinds of good formatting to ease reading.
Also, our January meeting is next Thursday, the 7th. Chip and I compiled the attached draft agenda; please review it and send suggestions to me. I will issue the finalized agenda by this Thursday, New Year's Eve. Note: we have two guests who will join us in the first part of our meeting. Also note: there are "read-aheads" which I will issue with the finalized agenda on Thursday.

Alright everyone!
No one sent updates or suggestions for the agenda so that's what we'll be chatting about next week (unless you bring a ripe banana to the meeting!). Attached are three read-aheads to be discussed. Two of them pertain to the ordinance, the other a collection of take-aways from the BFC application.
